Admit it, you are hording piles of clothes you don’t wear and probably never will. Don’t spend money organizing things you won’t wear, get rid of it. Here’s the plan: after six months, see which clothes still have tags or stickers and re-evaluate them for eBay, consignment or donation. You haven’t worn the clothes in half a year! Your summer clothes go straight into the back of the closet so that everything you?re wearing right now is easy to grab. You can also divide the closet in half, with your weekend grubbies on one side and your work and dressy clothes on the other. The “keep” pile should not consist of clothing that is simply wearable, but clothing that makes you look your best. If you haven’t worn an item in six months, donate or dump accordingly.
