Closet systems are known for 2 things: being very cool and very expensive. There are ways around the high cost factor, the easiest of which is to buy things in pieces. Instead of getting everything at once, buy just a couple of the units and add to them as you need. This can be easier on the wallet and you may find that your original plan didn’t quite meet your needs and you’ll still have the flexibility to get something else instead. Like drawers instead of another hanging rack, etc.
